It was great to be able to have my treatment so close to home, all the staff are very caring and helpful, making the treatment much more bearable.
More mobile units and staff.
Very friendly staff- made you feel welcome.
I received excellent ante and postnatal care through the community midwifery team, for both my son 3.5 years ago and daughter born at home early August 2015. My experiences have certainly made me value the NHS. Primarily I dealt with Carolyn Plumb, who was a fantastic support throughout both pregnancies - and an unfortunate miscarriage. However every midwife/health worker I have had dealings with has been open, honest and explained everything simply and with compassion, putting me at ease throughout the whole process. I would like to commend Carolyn in particular who I'd like to thank for being going above and beyond her duties, and was there for the labour of my daughter - after her shift had finished and she was due to be on leave! You are a star Carolyn! xxx
No improvement necessary.
It was very good.
Great care. Nothing could be improved.
Being at mobile unit in Tewskesburry made it easier than going to Cheltenham- I live to the North of Tewskesburry.
Everyone friendly and helpful.
